UZ, working with Glasgow's Ubiquitous Chip, are creating a series of award winning unique events that combine the Chips iconic atmosphere and superlative food and service with 21st century art and technology.
Watch out for Ingr3dients a unique sensory experience combining food and ground breaking digital art. It has been devised by Neil Butler, Carol Wright, Alasdair Grey, Deb Norton, Guy Veale and Dave Sapien. The evening will combine a special menu of world class Scottish produce created by Colin Clydesdale with a remarkable world first experience using interactive technology commissioned 2 and 3d animation projection soundscape. As always the experience will be led by the food its provenance and the unique atmosphere of the Chip.

Dave Sapien is the creator of the animated fish pond at The Ubiquitous Chip's Ingr3dients. Diners could walk through the three dimensional fish pond as they were taken to their seats.
Glasgow's Ubiquitous Chip turned 40 this year and to help celebrate UZ Arts produced Ingr3dients - a unique sensory experience combining food and ground breaking digital art. The event was so well received that the Scottish Event Awards have given UZ Arts and The Ubiquitous Chip not only an award for Best Experiential Event but also a commendation for Best Cultural Event.
Ingr3dients has now also won Best Cultural Event at UK Event Awards.
It was devised by Neil Butler, Carol Wright, Alasdair Grey, Deb Norton, Guy Veale and Dave Sapien.
