Moving Out is Scotland’s Annual Symposium for Scottish based professionals working in public space. Chaired by Steve Stenning, Director of Culture and Development at the British Council, in its 4th edition, Moving Out comes to Paisley to discuss opportunities for producers, programmers and artists working in the sector.
